Introduction and Agreement

• Exploiting any software bug, vulnerability, or error on the platform to obtain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such a bug or error to pko99 support promptly upon discovery.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where you do not have the legal right to participate in such activities.

pko99's determination that a prohibited activity has occurred is final. Where funds have been obtained through prohibited activity, pko99 will not return those funds and reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedy.

Account Suspension and Termination

pko99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed above.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the timeframe requested by pko99, or submission of fraudulent or forged documentation.
• Account activity that pko99's risk management systems flag as suspicious, including unusual betting patterns or financial transactions inconsistent with the player's stated profile.
• Any legal obligation on pko99 to close an account, including court orders, regulatory directions, or requirements under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining at the time of closure — including deposits and pending winnings — may be forfeited at pko99's discretion. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pko99 platform — including but not limited to the pko99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of pko99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or reverse-engineered without the express written consent of pko99.
